<div>The background of my request is that, last year, an unknown party has installed a "keylogger" on one of my smartphones. An IT security expert has analyzed my smartphone and has prepared a report about his analysis which I have provided to the police. Unfortunately, the investigation did not go anywhere. Since I cannot exclude that another keylogger has been installed on my smartphone and there is obviously no point in troubing the police with this, I am keen on having my IT infrastructure "hardened".</div>
