[CryptoParty] mailing lists - again - sorry :)

After some more discussions on IRC and brainstorming,
below is an updated PROPOSAL.

Motivation is to move the mailing lists to the server in Iceland,
and to have separate lists for global teamwork and debates.


(1)  global  (replaces this list)

global @cryptoparty .is

List focus: Constructive and friendly teamwork discussions,
            organizing on a global level, announcements,
            discussing new content, asking questions, etc.

Public list, public archive, open to everyone.

All subscribers of this list @kuix will be migrated to the new list.

(no need to re-subscribe, you'd automatically
receive a welcome mail from the new list, and the old
list would be closed. Archive of kuix list will be preserved.)


(2)  debate  (instead of policy-list)

debate @cryptoparty .is

It has been suggested to rename the "policy-list"
(the one announced yesterday) to "debate".

List focus: Debates, opinions, complaints, etc.

Public list, public archive, open to everyone.


(3) inquiries
=============
Just for completeness:
See the older messages about cryptoparty-admin /
cryptoparty-mail lists from June 27 and July 5.

Nonpublic list. Used for mails arriving at the common
    info@ contact@ abuse@ mail@
email addresses.

As explained earlier, this list is open for volunteers
who would like to handle such incoming inquiries.

In addition, list has an auto-responder that explains that
discussions on the public lists are preferable.
