[cp-global] 37C3 - 2023 Edition

Hello everyone,

CCC confirmed a week ago that 37C3 is happening this year in Hamburg 
[1]. Ticket sales will be similar to previous years (see [2]) with one 
big difference. Groups receive one voucher which can then be used by a 
number of people in a closed sale for the community. An open ticket sale 
will happen after.

**Please be aware this year's Congress will be back in Hamburg [2]**
