Thank you very much for your kind offer, but at this time I'd like to 
say no.

Accepting money would require me to include that in my tax declaration, 
and I prefer to keep things simple for me.

I'm ok to keep paying the small amount of money to keep it running, it's 
sufficient if I cut away the unnecessary cost.

Of course, should this discussion result in a plan that I'd not be able 
to fund, we could reconsider how to handle the monetary aspect.
