[CryptoParty] Can the message archive be public?

Hello,

Moritz has suggested that the message archive for this list should be
public.

That change wouldn't make a difference in privacy, because this list
allows anyone to join.

However, any visitor to the list's information page would immediately be
able to read the archives, and search engines would be able to index the
lists content, too.

If nobody objects, I'll make that change soon.
