[CryptoParty] Proposal: All content should be Public Domain = No copyright

For the wiki: you should add at least some free license for all the
texts, as wikipedia e.g. does.
I don't really care which one exactly but we need clearity.

For flyers, force people to choose one of the CC licenses before
uploading files (just like wikimedia does).

I'm unsure how simple this is to emplint but it whould make the wiki a
whole lot more usefull
