[cp-global] New Cryptoparty Events Website (BETA)

Hi!

Thanks to waaaaargh and samthetechie, we have a new events website
online. There's still stuff to do, like a chronological list of events, etc.

Please test and give your feedback. Ideally, you would create an issue
on github.

We want to meet up at OHM2013 to discuss this website specifically.

Yes, the certificate is not a proper one that has the hostname in it.
Get over it. ;)
