[cp-global] Standard for publishing cryptographic information such as SSL Cert fingerprints and OTR Key fingerprints?

The closest standard to what you are proposing I would say is WebFinger, which
is still in a draft stage.

Otherwise, I'd say making it a signed vCard might be a simple way of making it
machine-readable.
