The Prototype Fund recently launched its seventh call for ideas – and we
are looking forward to your applications. We focus on the theme
“Engineering Trust: Vertrauen bauen” and the interconnections between
tech and trust. We are looking for open source tools & that investigate:

What role does trust play in the interaction between society and
technology and which measures and tools have a positive effect on
confidence building in the digital and analogue space?
Do we need to consider new mechanisms in order to be able to continue to
use the digital infrastructure of our society for deliberation,
information and communication?
In which areas and at what price do technologies offer potential for
expanded social participation and transparency?

Is your project not related in any way to our focus "Engineering Trust"?
No worries:also fund projects from other fields in civic tech, data
literacy, data security or software infrastructure, do don't hesitate to
apply!
